Dustin’s DIY – Scrap Instruments

Get outside and make some noise this spring … it’s super easy and fun!

By Dustin Bates

When warm weather returns, I love to get back outside, and I know parents are grateful to be able to send kids out to play in the yard. So we came up with a fun and easy DIY project that turned scrap from the local Habitat for Humanity Restore into colorful instruments (Or, maybe let’s just call them noise makers!).

I built a simple frame out of scraps of wood. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be fun!
